    Hi there

No problems, I presume you are talking about a Pachislo reset key, so I have moved your post to a new thread in the Pachislo forums

    Welcome to PachiTalk!

Finding a replacement key might be difficult. Having some pictures of the machine might help.

The keyed reset switch can be easily replaced with a toggle switch to eliminate the need for a key.

    Here are some instructions:

I put a toggle switch in a Milion God, and lucky Cherry. Neither had a reset key. This thread has pics of how I did Million God. tomb raider no key Lucky Cherry also has no door key (lucky me!), so I added this. No key!

Thanx for the responses. The machine is Under the Sea II and there is a B there as well. I don't have either key but was able to open front door with large screwdriver and just taped the latches with tape so when I close the door it doesnt lock.
I had thought about a toggle switch but was concerned as those wires are so little. Looks like i have no option. Looks like a trip to Radio Shack is in order

    Thanx Again

A toggle switch is the way to go. Really pretty easy to change over.

As far as your door lock, you could de-pin the lock. That way any key would work.
I've had to do it on several machines.

Here's some info on how to do it.

Actually, the lock is missing, just a hole where it used to be. I will try the toggle switch.

    Many Thanx

What was I thinking! I posted the wrong thread!

    • Re: tomb raider no key

I put a toggle switch in my Lucky Cherry, and my Million God. It was pretty easy. I had to remove the power supply box on each to make it easier, and to reach some of the screws that hold the cover on. Million God key switch was held in by tabs depressed from the inside, once loosened I unsoldered the wires. An inexpensive rocker switch was purchaced from Radio Shack for about $3.00. Since the hole was square I was able to find a switch that fit the hole without enlarging it. Lucky Cherry had a round hole, about 1/2" I believe. All the switches I could find needed a 3/4" hole. I covered the circuits with a towel to keep the filings off, and filed the hole to fit the switch. Then I simply soldered the wires to the new switch. Put the cover back on and put the power supply back in. This pic was taken before it was screwed back in place. Looks good and works great! Wasn't all that hard, and I wouldn't hesitate to do it to another. I think Gaku sells keys for odds changing...but haven't seen them for sale for awhile. If you can't get a key add a switch.

This is what I was looking for.

With regards to the front lock cylinder missing. You should be able to add another toggle switch for soft resets, although it might be possible to find another lock cylinder.

    Reset Key.jpg

My wife found a place to order the reset key. The toggle switch would have been the less expensive way to go but I was a tad nervous about cutting wires and stuff. The Key cost $20 and that included shipping.
It arrived pretty quickly and it works fine. I apologize as my wife misplaced the website However , he required we send a picture of the power box. If you are interested in ordering the key just send him an email
