The only machine I know of called 'Twist' is a Pachislo made by Olympia around 2002
Presume it is this one:

The machine does have good "Eye Appeal" with that Juke Box look.
It also plays "Rock around the Clock" in the Bonus Round.
Very, Very little Japanese on this machine.
