    Default Glass Kits

    Has anybody seen these ?

    http://glasskits.com/

Comments on what they do to the value of the machine ??

I have a New Pulsar (Green) also possibly known as Big Chance 777. It does not appear to be themed too much other than it has 5 pay lines and looks a lot like a vegas unit (no arm). I was looking to convert it over to The Blues Brothers.

Umm lower it? Nah not really, it's to each his own. personally I would not change my machines as I like them the way they are. I did do a complete graphics (belly glass, reel glass, reels, and 4th reel) makeover on a six monks machine. But then again it had no English on it and I did change everything, not just the belly. Here is the thread on it:

Like I said to each his own.

Mock it up in photoshop or some other program to get an idea as to what it would look like, and if that is what you want then go for it.

I will be going to RI next week. I will stop in and see some of the glass kits that he has. I don't want to put them in a machine. I would like to install one in the door of my Pachislo cabinet. That is if I see one I like.

Their old Playboy one was a beauty. The Las Vegas one I would like to have framed or in a light box.

I see they still use the usaslots.com name(usaslots.com contact email address is dansslots@aol.com also) and sell customized Pachislos. Here is their CocaCola one :

(Be sure to click on the image they have to enlarge it....)

PLUS here is their Betty Boop Viva Las Vegas one !! :

They must have trademark clearances with everyone as they also have Harley Davidsons etc.

I would like to see an americanized Hanabi Hyakkie belly glass. Even though the machine play is very japanese (music & speech) it is what turned me off most about the machine.

Jakester don't let the belly glass stop you. Remember the are machines imported from Japan. Thats what can make them interesting. I would not hesitate to get a HH if I can get it for the right price. If you like fireworks I say get it. I have a Don Chan 2 very Japanese machine, but I love the LCD screen and the fireworks and other scenes that play, I find I am playing that one the most right now and I use to go for more American looking machines.
    and a few others.

What I dont understand is why these things are as Americanized as they are. I mean we dont put Japanese writing all over our Arcade & Pinball Machines. I dont mind Japanese themes since thats where they are from, just so its a fun machine. I do however like Beast Sapp better than HH. As far as the Belly Glass goes I think they suck, unless used to replace a broken one. Its like an Arcade Game Conversion. The More Original the better. Mike : )

Then what you do is buy one and make your own belly glass, there is a thread in here on how to do it easily.
