Hit Counter --Digislo by Belco

On the front of my Pachislo by the Credit & Win windows I have another
window Labeled Hit Counter. Every so often during play it racks up pionts.
Does anyone have any idea what it is & what it does?

I found out the answer to my question about the Hit Counter on Bellco Pachislo
Automatic has the "Digislo" feature that is a random number generator -- if you get 111, 333, or 777 in the Digislo box, you are automatically sent into the bonus -- giving you extra chances to win! It also has "DIGINAVI". This feature has flashing numbers that correspond to the left, right and center reels. When they flash the machine wants you to stop the reel that corresponds to the flashing number first. If there are two numbers flashing you have to guess which reel to stop first. If you guess correctly you win more often. The numbers also become solid (not flashing) and if you get three of the same number (777) you enter the bonus round.

Yep all Belco machines(that I know of) use a random number generator on their machines. You hit certain symbols and instead of a payout, it will generate 3 numbers. Your hoping to get 111,222,333,444,555,etc When you do get these to come up it means your ready to hit the Big Bonus.
