    Thumbs up Sinbad Adventures $100

I picked up a Sinbad Adventures Machine today, off the local Craigslist.

The funny thing is, I learned a lot about this machine I didn't know.

First off he let me know it was a Chinese Slot machine.

He had it about a year and bought it "brand new". So the machine was only one year old.

The lock was de-pinned, he had just a blank key to open the machine and he told me that it was the law that a slot machine meant for home use, were not allowed to have a keyed lock.

What I thought was an ashtray, next to the coin tray, is really a token storage area. Yep! that's what he said. (My wife looked at me and gave me the "Eye Roll" on that comment).

He said, I don't have a manual for it but all I'd have to do is contact Manufacture and they would mail me one, FREE.

So, I choose to keep my mouth shut, Payed him the $100, loaded it up and left.

The wife and I both got an education, a good laugh and a good machine.

Here's some pictures, after 3 hours of cleaning.

Nice machine. One that I have been keeping an eye out for. I will have to let my wife know that what she thought were ash trays are just token holders.

I have really been looking for a Chinese machine. Nice to know that this qualifies.

Looking forward to seeing that free manual. I need to contact the manufacturers of my machines for those.

In all seriousness, nice addition to your collection. Your game room is amazing.

Next time I head to Indiana to see family I might have to make a side trip your way if that is ok.

Would love to shoot a few games with you on your table. Pool Shark is my alter-ego

Not to mention that poker table puts mine to shame, other than that Colts theme that is

I still have a bunch of friends in Indiana as I was born in Fort Wayne and raised primarily in Marion. They give me a hard time to this day for my love of the Steelers.

nice find, when I was trying to win one on ebay years ago they all were selling for over $200.00 plus shipping.

I was lucky to get mine as a gift for giving another member repair info and business advice
