    Talking Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge!!

Ok, here's an overly complicated post about an insanely simple recipe!!

I don't really like fudge, but for some reason I wanted to try this..And even I like it!!

Ingredients.. (I think I got the metric stuff right!! )

    12oz (340g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

14oz (396g) Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk

    1tsp (30ml) Vanilla Extract

    1 cup (50g) Mini Marshmallows

    Optional 1/2 cup..2.25oz (63g) Nuts

1..First put the chocolate chips and condensed milk in a sauce pan and heat..Stir until its all melted..

2..Then take the pan off the heat (because you don't want to melt the marshmallows)..And stir in the vanilla extract, then you should add the marshmallows to the pot and stir/fold in..

3..(Optional) Add nuts and stir in.. The first time I made this I thought, I bet this would be good with nuts so the last two times I looked for whatever nuts were cheapest and added those!!

4..Take a 8"x8" inch pan and line it with wax paper, then pour in the fudge..Put it in the fridge for 2 hours..

5..Take the fudge out of the fridge..then take it out of the pan and then I cut it into 30 pieces..That's 5 rows by 6 rows..That seems to make good sized pieces that should average about 110 calories each..

    Then you have Fudge!!

6..(Optional)Then I like to wrap them all in tinfoil..Its fast and easy and makes them look pretty!!

wow sounds tasty, and easy to make, I'll need to try making this recipe with my daughter

    Thanks for sharing

P.S. I'm just not 100% sure what chocolate morsels are?

Are they just chocolate pieces for baking? or do they have something else added to them?

I recommend everyone try this one..its So easy and all the cooking stuff (pre fridge) only takes about 5 minutes!!

I have an idea for a Christmas version that I will post about if it works!!

    Talking Re: Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge!!

For Christmas I decided that instead of nuts I would try Christmas colored Peanut M&M's.. So I added a cup of the M&M's and that added a lot more bulk so I cut them into 36 pieces instead of 30..

I wasn't hungry when I made it so I don't really know if its good or not!! What I do know is that you can't really see the colors so it not really anymore Christmasy than the regular fudge.. Maybe Christmas colored marshmallows would show up better??
