Wai2Pulsar stop buttons not working.

Hello,
I just picked up a Wai2Pulsar pachilso machine. The stop buttons are not working.
I have found the stop board and found that the fuse was missing.
Replacing with a new 1amp fuse, it blew immediately.

Looking for some help or direction in what to check next.
My next step is to unplug the skill buttons to see if it blows another fuse.
the unit also needs a good cleaning.

I will post pics if needed, the unit is the exact some as the one posted under Help with Big Pulsar Type A Pachislo

I would start with the cleaning and checking all connections to if anything is loose or not connected well.
