The person you bought the machine from does.

I don't get what is wrong with it. He had that machine fully working.

    100 machines and counting...

I think Emmadog has a really good circuit guy from what I hear. Hopefully it is something simple.

Old school tv repairmen are the best bet for these machines. That's who I use here in the NW. Now for creating/designing components and such, I use an actual electrical engineer located in VA. He's brilliant but the fees reflect that.

The machine plays well. Still has a quirky payout problem though.

any other markings on them "1Nxxxx" numbers? Then you could tell the type, specs, etc. Never seen blobby ones like that before... or maybe they've burned a bit and are now out of spec... seem like they've been tinkered-with some, by way of the curvy-lookin leads... If they're glass diodes, I wonder if heat can misshape them like that.

But seeing you have 24v on the left there, and they are located as such... most likely 1/2 a rectifier circuit?

(know some about circuit board parts. Have a BS in CSEE... from 1991... mostly a software/firmware guy, tho, so judge advice accordingly)
