token wheel will not stop spinning

Okay so I'm completely new at this. But my machine will not stop spitting out tokens. I tried resetting it but still it Contiues to spin spitting out tokens. So I thought it might be the coin tray itself so I swapped it out with my street fighter machine which worked fine. Yet now that I did this BOTH token trayss wheel wont stop! What on earth! Its cool to feel like you always hit the jackpot but now I really miss playing! Help

There is a switch on the power supply, that if on, will dump the tokens out of the hopper. Check that its off

Well is there a chance that the motherboard made the hopper short circuted the motherboard ? I just dont get why it WONT STOP SPINNING ! It doesnt make sense. Why would the street fighter work just fine and when a swap the hoppers it made the street fighter machine glitch and do the exact same. Now i have two hoppers that wont stop spinning.

I believe there is a sensor under the hopper to detect coins being discharged. Check the sensor, all plugs are inserted in power supply, and check the hopper discharge switch in the power supply units.
