Help with Big Pulsar Type A Pachislo

Hey Guys,
I'm brand new to the forum and in need of some help. I have a new big pulsar type A machine with a few problems. The first 2 stop buttons don't work when pushed and the connection for the spin actuator switch is messed up. The wheels won't spin unless I open the door and wiggle the connection. Does anyone know of a service person in northern New Jersey or Rockland county NY? I'd love to get it working properly. Thanks for your advice.

I am a handy guy but don't tinker with circuit boards yet. I'm willing to try to fix the machine myself but don't know where to start. So far I've replaced the 1Amp fuse on the stop button board with no luck. Help?

Could you post some pictures of inside of your machine, your stop buttons and the spin knob, please.

I'am guessing that your sensors in the stop buttons need cleaned. Your spin knob connection, I'am not sure.

Pictures of these would help. There are different types connections and sensors used and seeing what you have would help us in helping you.

Ok, from looking at the pictures it looks as if the stop button connections all plug in separate. So you say the first two don't work so I'am guessing the third one does. So unplug the third one and plug the middle stop button connection into the third one and see if the middle reel stops. If so, the I'am guessing that the sensor in the button is dirty. You'll have to take the button apart and clean it.

As far as your spin knob, If you can "wiggle" it and it works, then something is loose or maybe a corroded pin in the connection. A corroded pin will be discolored. Clean them and try that.
