Sure man, no problem-just PM me your email and ill send them to ya. If you dont mind and as Mopar suggested, post some quality pics of your other Satomi to include the inside. Your other Satomi is the first one like that I've seen. Your other (the one with missing cartridge) is officially called the "Lion" due to its sorta lion looking pocket below the number matrix. These models are the only ones I've seen with the cartridges.

We would all like to see any pictures of all of the machines you have. You can make albums to show them if you like or just post them on this post. We are always interested in seeing other peoples machines and projects.

On your other arrangeball is not that like a cartridge on the machine?

Think you could take a close up or scan the text on Cartridge B? I'm really curious about this now... With the right info I'm willing to bet Vince can find one of what you need. But I think I'll need to translate the card front to meet him half way... Talking to him tomorrow about his recently ordered batch of Eva 7 Pachinkos...

I has the cartridge labels translated when I picked up this same model machine awhile back.

You do know you can make a placard to cover the numbers on the pockets. Take a look at my album and I have created alot of them for my machines. Some are hard to tell from the originals. When I get home in April I could probably make you something for your machine. Don

    Dang it!

That was close enough to where I could have picked it up in person.

Good buy and good luck with it.

    100 machines and counting...

Well I finally found some time to duplicate the missing cartridge A. Put it in the machine and it seems to be working properly (almost). When you insert a token it drops the balls and clears the numbers then a little light comes on above the coin chute. At this point you can push the payout button and it will dispense 1 token. If you do not push the button and play the game, at the end it will payout the correct amount PLUS 1 token. I.E. You light a 1 line it will pay you 2 tokens, 4 tokens for 3 etc. If you light no lines it still pays you one. I am not sure if my board is the problem or if it another issue with this machine. It was definately very dirty when I got it and needed contacts and switches cleaned. If anyone has one of these machines functioning properly any insight would be greatly appreciated. I posted a youtube video of it. Satomi miracle arrange ball pachinko - YouTube

Very impressive work! My machine of this type functions properly so I can help if need be. The colors on the cel of your machine are nice and bright-looks to be in great shape. Also, if you want to use LEDs for the matrix and score bar I can send you the specs and pics-these were designed by an engineer so they're good to go.

That's some rockstar repair work there!

see if I can figure where the logic is breaking down when I get home and check out the schematics emmadog was kind enough to supply a few weeks back when I was fixing mine. That cartridge just looks like it amounts to the same circuitry as the daughter board on mine, which e-dog's schematics kindly pointed out was just a group of DTL (diode-transistor logic) AND gates. So that might not be the problem. BUT...

Can you try going higher than 4 (should be 3) payouts? You probably already have... just curious, because if I wonder if the logic stays consistent (payout+1) as it gets into higher numbers (particularly 7,8).
If it does change, that would certainly make pinpointing the "slipped bits" easier.

I was on ebay and see your machine is listed again. I have two of that machine and a box of parts stripped from a third. I may be able to help with parts.

I need an A cartridge and maybe a B cartridge. The A is missing completely and the one I built does not work properly. I sent both cartridges to someone on pachitalk and he tried both in his similar machine and said neither one worked correctly for him. everything else seems to be intact and working. The way it is now it kinda works. Everything functions, it just doesn't pay out properly. Thanks for your help.
