    Talking 2 pachinkos I liked!!

Just thought I'd post a few I thought looked neat..

First is a vintage with a cowboy theme..I've seen several cowboy ones, but I don't remember this one..I'm sure Max has 3 just like it though..

Too high price ($225) and pick up only, but neat rotating center..

So how to do classify that Sansei machine, candyflip? Kinda looks like a "Shuttle" one you have on your website... which you have in the "other" section.

Just like a fancy vintage with the electric launcher? Educate, oh wise one...
    Woof!

Hey Chum... well, it's not a deji-pachi, as it's missing the digital numbers/letters/symbols in the yaku centrepiece that would classify it so. Not a kenrimono, as it has no 'rights' play beyond the yaku, not a strict hanemono as it's missing any 'wings' to capture balls. I would argue it's an ippatsu-dai, or 'one shot' machine. The central kuru-kuru (round and round) yaku captures a ball and when the ball falls right, it triggers into the V Zone and the tulips should open for a quick bonus.

Ippatsu-dais are the precursor of the later hanemonos and in this way, this machine appears much more like a vintage cobbled into an electronic frame. Which it may well be...

On my site, it gets classified as in the 'Other' category.

Ippatsu-dai... cool. Learn something new every day.

hope you get it. Right now I can barely afford a pair of "ii-pantsu-dai"

p.s. what makes you think it's a Sansei machine?

I think the top metal part on the frame says 'Sankyo'... no?

Yo... checkit... Easier to see using the ebay magnifier on the ebay page... but it says Sansei. And on the sideways picture, you can see Sansei above the launcher handle.

And the bit with Saturn and stuff? It looks like "San_ _" ... name of the frame?

I'd only be guessing on a year - but I did confirm that is a standard Sansei frame from the time.

    Big Thunder full machine

complete with that metal nametag at top...

    Do you want this Stu?

I'm out... it would have been an OK pickup at $100 plus $60 shipping, but no more.

    goodluck to all.

Yeouch. Thought I might snipe in at the end... Maybe up to $115... But it's over $170 with two hours to go... Now we'll never know what that says...

    Wow - went for $200 + shipping...

Guess the buyer (who *really* wanted it) was seduced by the 5 pounds of included balls???

Not that rare, or unusual - and not even a maker (Sansei) that you could swap a lot of different cells into...

Anyway - good luck to them.
