    Default TAKADEN Hopper sensors

I have a Harley Davidson Pachislo which got caught up with "SANDY". I was able to dry it out and everything seems to be working except the hopper. When it starts to payout it doesn't stop. I think the sensors were damaged by the salt water. One is actually cracked. Is there somewhere to get replacement sensors or do I have to replace the entire hopper. Thanks for you help...Tony B...Long Island.

I guess I'am a little confused with your problem.

If the sensor in your hopper is bad, you should get an error code when it tries to payout. The hopper won't keep paying out. Or at least every hopper I've had with a bad sensor did. I've had hoppers that are doing just like yours is doing. I could play the machine just fine and it would add up credits. When it got to 50 credits, on the credit meter, and the hopper needed to payout, the hopper would just run. I've had two machines like that and it ended up being a motherboard problem.

Can you post a few pictures of the machine? I would really like to see what you have.

That is what I was guessing. I keep looking to find a real one but keep finding custom machines.

Here are a couple of pictures of my machine. I hope it's not the motherboard...I'm sure that would be expensive.

Your machine is 2006 Ore No Sora, by Rodeo.

Here is what your machine looked like.

Thanks...Does that mean someone changed the machine? Can I buy a new hopper? Is it worth replacing the hopper? Any advice/suggestions/information is appreciated. I'm really new to this. Thanks.

Someone removed or unplugged the screen and added Harley graphics to it, the belly glass and the real strips.

Sometimes the screen may still be there and can be made to work again..Same with the belly glass..sometimes its just covered by the new graphics..

Sorry, I don't know about the hopper..
