Electrocoin Super Mog Mog not starting

Hi all, my super mog mog has some issues. I have only had it a few weeks and coin relay fails to operate ,game stays on Game over/please wait mode but hopper does work when front key switch is turned and ejects the tokens that it has loaded , when the machine does this the 1 bet light operates ( on payout line) when it has ejected all the tokens it goes back to the game over/please wait mode. I do only have around 30 tokens and was wondering if there was enough to work correctly? Please any help will be great

I believe this is a pachislo not a pachinko. 30 tokens is not near enough. I would have a minimum of 500 in the machine. I personally use over 1000 in each of my machines.

I think running more tokens should help with your problem. Or at the least make it easier to diagnose.

Cheers man.. glad to be here and to get some help from you good people . i do have 1000 tokens on the way , do they work off the weight of the tokens. ! presume the coin relay wont operate until the hopper is ready is this correct? but ill be in touch when the tokens arrive,thanks again.. Ralph

i have played Pachislo with only a few tokens.. my guess would be a error.. dirty sensor.. or one of your switches is in the wrong position...

try a full reset..

the lack of tokens should only be a problem if the machine needs to payout and there is not enough for a payout...
