    Default Pachislo box/case

    I was wondering if the boxes are universal i recently found a machine i am going to purchase but the box has been wet so its trash the insides of the machine look good though i was wondering if the box can be replaced with another pichislo box relitivly easily thanks

    Can you post a couple of pictures? If you are referring to a cabinet they can be made or purchased. I have never had to replace a frame although I do not think that would be too difficult to build. If the damage is to the playfield it is going to be more difficult.

    I currently dont have any pictures i havent bought the machine yet im not even sure the machine works yet

    I apologize, I was thinking of a pachinko. Replacing the box might be more difficult. How damaged is it?

    The box is completly damaged i can take it apart as a template but thats about it the damaged machine is a marvel heros Marvel Heroes Pachislo Skill Stop Slot Machine | eBay the other machine im willing to sacrafice is a hello santa machine. If any one knows where you can get boxes from that would help also.

    Just a thought, would it be possible to "skin" the case to cover the damage. I've "skinned" some cases, one was really bad with large holes in the side and crushed on one corner. On that one I "skinned" it with 1/4" birch plywood, glued and nailed it to the old case, filled the nail holes and painted it. It looked better than new, when finished.

    I should be picking up the damaged machine today if I can get out of work I'll try "fixing" the box I'll keep the thread going.

    Post some pictures of the condition of the machine when you get it home. Someone my have more ideas for you after seeing them.
