I have seen that page before. Some good info on it. Though all is pretty straight forward.
I really like this page better. David's Video Game Insanity! - Home Arcade Projects - Chronicles of a Pachinko Machine Restoration
Goes through his whole restoration process. (Though I wouldn't recommend a lot of steps in there. Especially the wiring part, no solder just electrical tape.)
