Default MAME games I need a litle info

Hi everyone ,I'm thinking about getting a mame cabnit or building one.One thing I was wondering is once they are made into a mame machine will they still work with a coin or token?or is that only with an original machine?

Usually, the MAME cabinets don't require coins. I know there are exceptions. On my cabinet the games are selected with a pointing device (mouse or in my case roller ball). The emulator is running in a windows environment. My cabinet has 4 buttons to simulate adding coins for players 1 through 4.

In my opinion, the idea on a MAME cabinet is to house the computer, the screen and the controls you choose to use.

    Go here and dig in:

The main site has tons of info, but should give you everything you need to know about building your own MAME cabinet. The forums are also active, and a great resource for parts and answers.
