I'm confused about this one... is it an early electrical one? or franken-pachi? The lights in the upper left look like my 73.

I think the first electric knob came out in '73..

That seems cool. Looks to be about a 74 model A machine retrofitted with the shooter knob. I have seen many retrofits done to the nishijins. I know in the parlor pics thread I posted a pic where all the machines in the picture were retrofitted nishijins.

But then there's that Maruhon only a little farther away in San Leandro with the derby gate... grrrr... I'll offer that guy $100 first and see if he bites. I haven't bought anything in a month... my preorders won't be here until next year... and i just got a bonus... fire burning in pocketses!

Wow a vintage with an electric shooter. not many of these made it to the US. They are kinda rare.

Considering the label says "flip the handle timely" and there is no handle... gotta assume this has been modded. Wondering what the thingies over the key are... odd... some sort of mish mash jobbie.

Well... I joined your electro shooter group... Cuz I picked it up. Looks closest to the Nishijin A electric you have a pic there of... Except that it has an "Aoi Umi" badge and has showa 50 on the frame / 51 on the badge (makes it 1975, right?)

paid $80... might have been able to talk it down a bit, but "he" turned out to be a stunning "she" (bishoujo-type)... and I'm a total pushover...

eh... I'll just start a new thread in the vintage section to post the pics (the machine, not the girl... hentai... )

well... was all done over text messages. But it would be uncouth to exploit that. The trade did happen at the ramen joint she works at, however. And tho its across yon Silly-con valley, I'll be be sure to... uh... check the place out some time when I'm slightly Scotch-lubed and looking dapper... Not sure how good the grub is...
