Default Ball Reward Tray Return Machine

I just got my ball return device in the mail, installed it and it seems to work great. I was wondering if any of you had one, my initial problem was the bottom ball tray would get too full and jam the hole the balls go into on the bottom of the machine. So I took balls out, and left just enough in the top award tray to keep the sensor from activating the motor- which automatically brings balls in the bottom to the top award tray. It works great, though if I don't get into the fever mode reasonably soon, the bottom tray will fill up again, so I take some out as I play from the top award tray, thus activating the sensor switch inside to feed up more balls from the bottom tray. The instructions say to put about 200 balls in the award tray and 200 in the ball return tray. I don't know if that includes the ramps below holding all the award balls. I was wondering if any of you have this, and what do you do to avoid a build up of bottom tray balls. I paid $149.00 from this fellow Milt, I saw another site that was asking like $249 for the same thing. I was also wondering if anyone knew, do the Parlors in Japan use these ball return devices? Thanks!

arby mounted an extra overflow tray next to the bottom tray for overflow.

i'm sure he could post a picture or lead you to the proper post.

tHANKS, THAT REALLY HELPS! I HAD TO RE POSIION MY TRANSFORMER TO THE FAR LEFT AND ADD ABOUT 3' OF WIRE TO DO THAT- I THINK MY MAIN PROBLEM WAS THE BALL RETURN UNIT WAS NOT ALL THE WAY TO THE RIGHT- IT SLOPS, SO THE BALLS WERE BACKING UP AS THERE WAS INSUFFICIENT CLEARANCE FROM THE BALL DROP POINT AND THE RETURN BALL FEEDER UNIT. i AM GOING TO TRY AND MAKE THAT OVER FLOW BIN, SOME OF THE BALLS WERE OVER FLOWING FROM THE BACK, SO i AM GOING TO TILIT IT A BIT TO THE FRONT SO THEY GO INTO THE OVERFLOW TRAY. ANY IDEAS WHERE I COULD GET A TRAY LIKE THAT? I COULD EXPOXY SOMETHING OR DEVISE SOME KIND OF SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR IT. THANKS AGAIN!
