Token Vendors

Hey folks,

After reading another thread about collecting tokens from different parlors, I think I would like to buy used tokens rather than new ones. Can anyone give me any information on the quality of tokens furnished by vendors on E-Bay? Slot USA and payphonez have a bunch of 1,000 quantity lots for sale now, and I would like to know if anyone has purchased any that you would recommend.

I've bought from a local (pawn shop - big mistake!), e-bay - no real bargins, but the best, the VERY best I've gotten is from Utopia1dc right here on Pachitalk.

I just recieved 2000 and only paid $120

You may want to PM him.

I think someone here has them too. You might check the "For Sale" section from the main menu.

Hey Tony,

Thanks to the tip to Utopia, but I really do not want new tokens. I was reading another thread about folks collecting interesting tokens from all the different parlors, and I thought it was a great idea. I sent inquiries to SlotUSA and Payphonez about the types of tokens they furnish. SlotUSA said they would send a batch of virtually all one type, but Payphonez said they would send all different types - even to include large tokens and smaller tokens. I just bought two machines and received 500 tokens with each. One batch was the new type like Utopia has, and the other batch was all one type of new token. Seeing all the different tokens folks have here on the forum makes me opt for old used ones with character.

I was really looking for information on vendors likely to be selling a variety of tokens, and, so far, Payphonez seems to be my best bet.
