Okay I'm going to add the other pic from the listing too, so we can save the pics for future records, and anyone that can't see the links

No idea how it plays, No coin slot, no payout, just looks like the balls keep going back to the front. Just a strange rod on the right hand side

17 pockets and they are presumably graded for skill by the different colours, I'm seeing Green, blue and red '500' pocket labels (although for skill I would have given them different numbers?)

and by the arrangement of the nails, it would be difficult NOT to get balls in pockets, so I presume you are looking for highest score or colour combos?

And what triggers the light in the centre? presuming that's a bulb but the doodah-thingymajiggy is missing from the back, maybe where the notch is cut out of the horizontal wooden thing at the back?

    maybe?

I have no idea really, but it's all very intriguing

looks like evey ball is a winner.. looks like a winning ball falls threw the bottom center at the funnell point and there is a set of levers and rods that will drop balls to the shooter tray out front.. it is a single shot machine.. no coin needed

loosing balls are put back in play below the funnell point...its the first model "A" machine..

im sure a few parts are missing.. but i almost wonder if it would play as is??? to bad there asking so much

I think there might be a tray missing off the back. Other than that I think it would work.

    100 machines and counting...

Actually looking at it again it looks to be complete. All that looks to be missing would be a glass or wood panel to cover all the holes in the back to stop balls from falling out.

Those points sound correct, but what happens when losing balls fill up jackpot track? Probably an overflow notch for balls to fall into a container. The wires from the center light go over the top and down to the working parts. I can't see the switch in the pic. You would expect a diverter of some sort to prevent the winning ball from the top pocket from hitting the light!
