Shipping is JUST one of those things... It takes me a little over an hour to get to Frank's place but its so worth it NOT to have to worry about it breaking and the expense.
I have a Friend who owns one of mailbox shipping places it has cost me a small fortune to pack and send some All in one Color Laser printers since some of those way what a pachinko does!
Both are rather hard to box and ship. MAYBE if you offered him the price he wanted and had a shipping place come and pick it up for you? JUST A thought since I have done that for larger 70+ pound objects.
That way the owner has nothing to worry about. Before I was lucky enough to get my Cutie Honey off Ebay, there was another in CA who just had no desire to ship. I did not think about the pick up and pack
option at that time. Hope the suggestion helps. I almost feel guilty that I can't get it for you as I live 2 hours away but right now my schedule is REALLY bad with work and my sick wife. Even when I go to see Frank
it requires a bit of planning ahead. There are times I have had him 90% paid only to have to wait a month or so to GET them! If he is not amenable to the pick up an ship option MAYBE and I mean MAYBE I can get it for you and have my buddy
pick it up from me and have him pack,ship, AND insure... Luckily I must be one of the FEW people on earth that just has NO interest in Sea Story Pachinko at any price unless it was free... The Horrors of being an anime lover...

I cannot imagine the seller having any problems with that. It would be the same for them as a local buyer coming by and picking up the machine. Certainly if the cast is not too high, it should be a good solution. Good luck on the machine.

Maybe they have very busy lives, maybe they just can't be bothered.

Either way, lots of CL Sellers (in my experience) would rather lose their front teeth than ship to someone on the end of an email trail.

That's the way it is - I live with it.


And Kimba: thanks for the offers. I'm a bit like you - 'Sea Story' bores me terribly, but its a big seller with kids and ladies (especially here).

I know that is why I put out the offer. This weekend is a BIT rough, I have a rather large Family meal to cook Sunday which limits my travel this weekend...
It would have to be around next weekend and i can PROBABLE do it for you. Let me know what you want to do... IF STILL want it let me know. As for shipping I would just
hand it over to friend who is a professional shipper and it would cost what it costs since I would want them to box it up and make them responsible.

That will work I am one of those people that will always help IF I can...
For some reason no is just not in my vocabulary and If I can help that works too.
I just have no idea what shipping would be, I can try to get you a quote ahead of time but
considering the price it should not be a biggie PLUS its my friend, he will NOT hurt me obviously.
