Hopefully I'll get around to doing videos of all these machines sooner or later (and in better quality)

Going to have to start videoing these during the day, as the colors get too washed out with my (crap) Sony videocam at night.

Great video! The tentacle reach is fun, and I like the characters models,

I have a video game recreation of this specific machine on the SNES/Famicom emulator (was released on cartridge in Japan)
very cool to see the real thing playing,

What a wonderful aquisition!

I need to buy one of those builders hot lamps on a stand, they use for indoor work.

they're about $25 down at my local hardware - good for artificial indirect lighting for videoing I'm guessing.

The balls got jammed in this during the week (every ball that exited the 'lucky' hole were being retained - this was due to the ball hopper sensor at back triggering it to do so, as the top tray at back was empty). To free the balls, I needed to take off the electronics at back, get the balls loosened, and then replace the elecs. I took a video as I went.

Any interest in seeing that? I guess it could help people with similar frames in future?

I'd say yes

I think it's really useful to have videos available, they are able to explain things in a more accessible way to anyone else experiencing problems in the future
