    Default Hi from Oklahoma

I bought 2 machines off Ebay about a year ago, and I'm finally getting around to setting them up to enjoy. My kids are into anime/manga/all-things-Japanese, so here I am. This is a wonderful forum, I've already learned so much and looking forward to learning more about my machines.

    to Pachitalk

If you have any questions feel free to ask.

If you would like to know, the vintage machine you have is a 1976 Sankyo with the "Onion" background and the "2 Doves" center feature.

I have a Daiichi for sale with the same center. 1974 Daiichi New Vanguard (Flowers) [MX-03] - $475.00 : Pachinko Planet, Antique and Vintage Pachinko Machines

Like I said if you have any questions just ask. And once again welcome to PT.

    Welcome Aboard

The newer machine is CR花満伝説 Or Flower Blossom made by Nishijin. From Feb 1998 (I think)

    welcome neighbor to the north!

The brightly colored early modern machine is a deji-pachi or digital pachinko machine called CR花満伝説Z (or CR Hana Man Densetsu Z - 'the Cherry Blossom Legend Z") probably from the late 90s
it features characters from past Pachinko machines that Nishijin released in the early '90s

Just got one of those myself and discussed it in this thread,

Y&O Model Pachinko Game Machine (Tyler Tx)

Its basically a video slot machine thats started by getting the ball in the center pocket underneath the screen, it will remember up to four spins (these are indicated by the lights that appear above the screen)

Once you get all three numbers or characters to match, just start shooting balls into the lower door that opens underneath the center pocket and watch the payouts flow! you will need to keep filling the upper rear hopper at this point
if you fail to get a ball in the jackpot door during a bonus round, this machine will sound an alarm and need to be reset (this is perfectly normal, called a punk or panku)
some machines do this but not all (usually only in early moderns like yours)

Like Max said, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask

    have fun!!!

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I got my first fever this morning, but something went wrong. I'll post a description of what happened in another thread and I'm sure you guys will be able to help diagnose the problem.
