IMHO its a bit over priced
looks to be (guessing) 2000 to 2500 balls
i would say 250 would be a fair price for both buyer and seller..

The machine is nothing special at all... the 'tuning kit', or 'adjustment set' is a nice item though, and these go fairly regularly for around US$100 over on YJP (plus shipping to the USA), so paying US$150 for a good set like that would certainly be fair.
