can you post a vid without music?? (hearing what the machine is doing when being played can be a huge help in fixing it)

did ya get the payout motor turing free?? does it pay jackpots now??

and can you film the back side during play..

when a ball makes its way to the bottom of the play field and enters the losing slot at the bottom where does it go?? back to the shooter tray or out the back??

Yes I have the motor turning freely and it pays out . Ball's that make it to the bottom of the play field go to the bottom tray, they should go out the back... right?

My guess is someone changed or dismantled something so they could keep "playing" with a limited number of balls. Of course eliminating losing means there is no winning now either!

I'll take a look at that and post pictures and a new video now that I am making some progress.

Here is a pic of the bottom exit hole in the play field. You can see that someone cut through with a dremel tool and then used the piece to divert the flow. Clever and stupid! Shouldn't be hard to fix, I can get to it from the back cover plates.

Note to myself: Next time, please do not be in such a big hurry to purchase future mechanical contraptions without knowing the first thing about them! soundrels.jpg

I understand why home users do this - it is certainly easier to use 100 balls rather than 1000, plus all the associated handling the latter involves.
