Taco Slot Pachislo Reel Stop Button Problems/Replacement Parts

I am having trouble with my Pachislo Taco Slot skill stop machine.

Everything on it works, except the reel stops buttons wont stop the machine, and they continue to spin until it times out.
I am going to replace the 1 amp fast blow fuse on the reel stop board, and see if that was the problem.

If that doesn't work, I am not sure where to go from there.

Also while cleaning the buttons I lost the spring part on one of them, and I am looking to get three replacement buttons for the machine. Does anyone know of a place that sells the buttons I am specifically looking for, or is any selling parts from an old machine and could sell them to me?

Hi,you might need a new stop board,my reels stopped working once I changed the stop board it cured the problem.

Is there a site that sells stop boards or do I need to find someone who is selling parts to get one?

If you look up patchiparts.com on google,someone may have some for sale.if you have no luck I have some spare ones but not sure how much the postage would be from the uk.

Sweet, just ordered it. Now I just need some new buttons!

So i put in the new stop board, and it isn't working. At first the "Mizuho" marquee was blinking, so i reset the machine. Now it will take coins and build up credits, but the reel stop knob wont make the reels spin and is basically useless. When I empty the credits and get my coins back, and try to build up credits again, it will no longer take the coins and just shoots them down into the tray without crediting.

Pull the spin knob out and check the sensor in it,and the terminal connections.It acts like it's not making contact with the sensor or it's shorting out to cause an error.

I dont think the spin knob is the problem. With the stop board that came with the machine, the spin knob still works, and everything works except for the reel stop buttons which don't register when you press them and just time out.

When I ordered the new stop board, nothing seems to work right except for a few lights and I can insert some tokens, but the spin knob won't work. When i press the red circle to refund the coins, nothing seems to work after that, and I have to reset the machine. Not sure but maybe I am not resetting the machine correctly, who knows.

Any more advice out there?

I don't know what I did, but during a reset and on one of the million times I have to figure out the problem to the machine, I actually got it to to work and the reel stop buttons worked. But I have no idea what I did to make it respond.

If i shot a video of the different parts of the machine and where they are located, would that help anyone?

Sometimes just tinkering and bumping loose connections fixes them.Reverse the process of what you did and you might see the where the problem started.Photos do help solve problems,as many members here have the same machines and will see the problems.I am glad it's working finally.

If its actually all working you may just want to stop messing with stuff and just enjoy it!!

Well, being that your stop buttons are lighting up and I beleive led's are lighting up on the mother board also for the stop buttons. Your problem is in the stop board or the wiring harness, (going from the stop board to the mother board). I say this because on a fully working machine you can unplug the wiring harness to the stop board and it will operate exactly like what yours is doing. Everything on the machine lights up and plays as normal, the stop buttons light up but won't work and the reels will "time out" and stop even if the stop board wiring harness is not plugged in.

Because you said, "it did work once", my guess is that your problem is in the wiring harness. You may have a broken wire or loose connection, a bent pin in one of the connectors or maybe a pin is corroded. From what I seen in your video, I'am pretty positive it's your wiring harness.
