It's a Dateline Ginga (Dateline Milky Way)
Sales date: August 1989

It was made by Kohshin Sangyo. The company name was later changed to Techno Kohshin and has now been changed to Luster.

It looks like it just has a button instead of a start lever.
I think they were only allowed to have a maximum of six winning plays for the regular bonus then.

I suppose parts for this thing would be hard to come by if needed.

I think I have seen that machine on ebay before?! Either he did not get any bids the first time or the buyer did not follow through.
