Problem with new tokens

I recently purchased 2000 new tokens from this ebay auction: 2000 New Cherry Pachislo Casino Slot Machine Tokens Lot | eBay

I received the tokens and they jam in all four of my slot machines. They appear to be just slightly larger than all my other tokens. Has anyone had any experience with this issue? is there any fix for this or am I stuck with 2000 useless tokens? Thanks.

we have discussed this many times before

the cherry tokens are attracted by a magnet, your token acceptor thinks they are slugs.

i think the only way around it to use them is to remove the small magnet on your token acceptors

they will work on Roedo brand pachislos

It's said that they get stuck and don't work. When in fact they don't get stuck, they are being caught by a magnet.6557190833_52a5f0df85.jpg These tokens are made of steel. On the back of the coin mechanism is a screw that holds this magnet in. So you could just leave it out or re-insert it with the non-magnet end.6557191647_32c6db0898.jpgThis is just one example of one of my coin mechanism. Different brands of machines have different coin mechanism's but if they got stuck I just looked for that magnet and removed it and the problem was solved.
I know they are not the greatest looking tokens in the world, but I can get them locally at 4 cents a piece. At that price I can afford to have plenty of tokens for each machine.

I bought a test lot of 5 for $2, to see if they work in my Lucky Cherry machine.002.jpg They worked fine, so I planned to order some. I since bought Spiderman 2,single ball spiderman 047.jpg it came with about 1500 tokens,single ball spiderman 043.jpg so I never bothered. While testing Spiderman 2, I tried the "cherry" tokens. They work in it too. If interested, I can count up 500 tokens that are not magnetic for a trade. If others want to do the same, maybe you can get 2000 tokens that work!

Thanks for all the replies. Wayne-Ooo, you solved my problem for two of the four machines. Thank you. The third one seems to take them okay all of a sudden. The fourth one is another problem. It has a different coin mechanism that doesn't seem to have a magnet. The token appears to be getting stuck due to it's size. The machine is a Wai Pulsar and I've attached two photos. One of the empty coin mechanism and one with the token stuck in it. Does anyone have any advice?

Yeah...it looks that way, and I tried that but it's not adjustable.

From looking at your pictures, it looks like the bottom piece,(with two screws), can be removed. You could remove it and file it down slightly, so the token will fit. Or if the upper piece can be removed, it could be filed , instead of the bottom piece. Bottom line is one of those two pieces will need filed down, if there is no adjustment that can be made.
