I have a Fever Queen slot machine big bonus comes on but will not move on. froze

I have a Fever Queen and have hit the big bonus 3 7s on the top reels on 3 on the bottom and everything comes on music and sounds etc and win number windows etc but it will not function after this win mode it is frozen=still playing the big bonus music etc. I checked the knob switch lite on the main board it is working each time you flip the go knob. Could there be a issue with the program that works the big bonus round? i checked connector ribbons all seem fine and seated. Otherwise mach works for all other win modes except the big bonus win mode. Again it goes to the big bonus start mode lites and sounds but it will go no further when i activate the play knob.

Do you have plenty of tokens in the machine? I have around 1500 in mine.

Is there a sensor on the hopper to tell the computer how high the coins are?

is this happening at the end of the Big Bonus round??

I'm not too technical, but I know there are usually 2 switches on a pachislo, and one of these can be set to require a reset after a bonus, you may need to check that your switches are in the off position, this info from Member Chrisdice explains:

"Two switches on the power supply:
- One requires a soft reset at the end of a bonus.
- The other pays out all tokens at the end of a bonus.

For these switches in most cases off is in the down or right position. The for off and on are:

無 = off

有 = on


If this is the case, then it's also probably best to reset your machine before testing again

This problem is at the beginning of the big bonus round. Both switches on the power supply are in the off position. You say aftr a bonus round is won i need to do a soft reset on the machine useing the switch upper or lower?

As far as I understand it, I believe if both switches are in the off position, then you don't need to do the reset after the bonus rounds?

But if your problem is happening at the beginning then it must be something else,

To me, It sounds like you have a button stuck. I'd check your bet button first. LED's should light on the motherboard when pressed, this is a good way to check them, just as you checked the spin knob LED. Also check the stop buttons, LED's should light on the motherboard also.

I had problems with a fever queen, i tried everything even swapping out the motherboard with similar machine.

it worked with the other motherboard, but payouts were all screwed up.

when i put orginal board back in it worked fine

i think you have poor contact on some connection.

unplug are reseat any connections you can find

make sure the power is off first!!

I will try reseating all major connection ribbons it is just the big bonus all the smaller bonuses work fine. Thanking everyone for your help and advice.

Hi, on mine you put the key in it that opens the door but instead of turning it to the right to open the door turn it to the left. This resets the machine and you can play again. Hope this helps
