Yamasa Cyber Dragon error

My Mom got my Cyber Dragon machine, and she tells me that when in bonus games it will error and show the error message E3 it only does this in bonus games, is this a hopper error and what might I try to fix this? Any help would be most appreciated, Thanks.

is the hopper empty and out of tokens? i remember having an e3 error but i cant remember what caused it?

No, it is full of tokens. I thought maybe I could try lubricating the hopper or something like that, I haven't seen it in person just what my Mom told me, she tried like crazy to get a bonus last time I was over and she couldn't get one to show me. I'm thinking if it does it on bonus only it is hopper related, cause on a big bonus is when it is paying out alot.

you may have to clean the hopper.

make sure it turns freely and doesn't drag a lot

you can do that without taking it apart,

i used a little wd40 sprayed on a clean cloth, some people use silicone spray.

i think e4 refers to a hopper jam, i think thats what happened to mine when i got the e4 light

RKnarr01, Thanks for that info, I kinda expected it would be a hopper problem. Thanks, now just to get over there and see if I can fix it.

Maybe some bad tokens could be the problem also?

what tokens are you using in that machine? the tokens could be a little thicker and might of gotten jammed so it could be bad tokens.

I went over to my parents house, and cleaned up the hopper, and put on some wd-40 and played it till I got a big bonus, and had no problems, so maybe that fixed the problem hopefully.
