I'm not sure what the Jackpot pocket is - If it's the thing on the front that says " OPEN" - it never opened.
Also I haven't found any on/off switch, I've looked over the back of the machine, but didn't see anything that looked like an on/off switch.
It does pay out the normal 7 balls when we get it in one of the pockets. We have only gotten the match 1 time so far.
