    Welcome to Pachitalk!

Me? I wouldn't pay more than $50 on an unrestored pachinko machine unless it was one I really wanted (Powerflash etc) or had some very unique features. Since this one is missing parts I personally wouldn't go over $35.
I like my Sanyo very much, but it was missing the glass which is an easy part to replace and still I wouldn't have paid more than $35 because of it.

Got the machine home and worked on it. Husband got the jam out easily. There are some bent pegs and we need to add power but all in all it's a working fairly well. We do need more balls though. Oh and the track cover was with the machine but not attached! Very happy with my first purchase!

Glad to hear you bought a machine, and a decent sounding one at that.

It works wonderfully! There aren't enough balls though so it gets stopped up occasionally. I ordered more though. My middle son LOVES it! My husband wired it for the lights with a 9v. The light in the top left works however the light on the right side stays on constantly. He hasn't had time to really look at it to see what the problem is. Any suggestions?

there are two lights one light will blink or stay one for a short period of time for each jackpot won..

the other light is indacating that the top hopper is low on balls.. kind of an early warning device..

sounds like your hooked have ya started looking for another one yet?? if not, why not??

I have been looking. Unfortunately all the machines in my area are VERY expensive! The cheapest being the $75 one I passed up. We are also in the process of moving. As soon as we get into a new home I will definitely be finding more!

There are 3 screw terminals, orange white and yellow usually. If I'm not mistaken...you should be connected to orange and white. If so, do you have enough balls to press down the low ball lever in the reward hopper on back? The low ball light will come on for two reasons...1: balls are low and low ball lever is pushing on low ball switch to light indicator. This also does mechanical things that either disable the flipper, or stop ball flow to flipper. 2: If wires are hooked up to yellow screw, the power goes to low ball light and stays lit regardless of position of low ball switch or level of balls. The yellow screw is used to send a signal to the parlor manager's office to let him know which machines are low. Post a pic of your wiring if you have problems.

Yes they will! At first...ALL machines looked like I needed them! After a few, you find out what you like most and refine your search. After about 26 pachinko machines, I try not to even look at pachinko machines on eBay any more. The last few I got were called to my attention by pachitalk members here...including Diana. Ones called to our attention here are a double edged sword. CON: too many people who are likely to want it see it at the same time, or before you! PRO: We are a big bunch of cheapskates! We have seen so many machines, good and bad, and have passed on so many GOOD deals, that an overpriced machine generally won't be sold here. But you can negotiate with seller. If it is different enough and CALLS you, it could be worth just a bit more than yourhttp://www.pachitalk.com/forums/vintage-pachinko/41909-matsuya-sangyo-has-arrived.html comfort level usually allows, and worth it if it keeps all the other collectors away! This one with shipping was $140Matsuya Sangyo 002.jpghttp://www.pachitalk.com/forums/vintage-pachinko/41909-matsuya-sangyo-has-arrived.html And my most recent was $120 Diana 010.JPG Don't know why I don't have a pic of the whole this. Both were higher than I usually phttp://www.pachitalk.com/forums/vintage-pachinko/43308-diana-pachinko-has-arrived.htmlay...but both are old and unusual! And both brought to my attention by our addicted members feeding our addiction! Sorry, went off on a tangent!

I actually picked up the first Machine you passed on yesterday. All of the mechanisms work, but is missing the Jackpot Mechanism. So it does not work as it is supposed to, but it hopefully it will soon!

It is also my first one, I did get it for under $50, considering it was sitting on craigslist for over a month. I look forward to cleaning it up and building a nice cabinet for it.
