Default Bought my first three Pachislo's. Wondering how I did.

    Hi All,
New to Pachislo and new to the forum. I purchased three machines in the past week or so. I've attached pictures of them and would like opinions on what I should have paid. I bought them on impulse from three different local sellers I found on craigslist. Take a look and give me your opinions...then i'll let you know what I actually paid. I think I did okay, but maybe not. They all operate properly and came with varying amounts of tokens.

    Thanks for your input.

Welcome, I too just bought my first and second Pachislo machines, one last Tuesday and one today. I am a novice so I can't give you much input on your machines, but my son and I are having fun with ours. There are many people who have tons of knowledge on the machines. Your Duel Dragon is my favorite of your bunch, it also has an LCD which is a nice touch on them. Not sure what you should have paid, but I am trying to get mine for under $100. The one on the left was $75 and the right was $100 (it also has an LCD). The only other one that I would really want is a newer holographic LCD terminator. Tokens are the major factor IMO, I prefer at least 600 to play and more is better. Many people are selling them with 100-200 tokens on CL, then you have to spend another $30-$40 more for Tokens to play and not run out if you hit a big bonus or two. Tokens run about 6-7 cents each.

WELCOME TO PACHITALK. You have some nice machines .You really need about 500 tokens in each machine to start with,or dump the tokens back and forth to the machines ,but that gets tiring after awhile trust me I know. 75 -100 dollars for each machine is good, but if you feel ok about what you paid for them that's all that matters. You have a good start to your collection, but beware they seem to multiply in no time.

    Hello

Very difficult for me to help with a price guide as I'm in the UK and it's a totally different market, but looks like you got a nice selection of pachislos there

Thanks for the info...I was wondering about how old they were. Okay...here's what I paid for them:

    Duel Dragon - $150
    Twin Surfer - $85
    Wai Pulsar - $50

So I averaged $95 per machine. I also got a total of a little over 1600 tokens among all three. Most of the tokens a various gold or silver ones, but i got a little over 400 of one token that has a blue and white star logo with an "M" in the center. Is there anything special about that one?

You did good on your purchase plus that many tokens.I haven't found any tokens of rare value they just come from all different parlors all over japan .the logo's on the tokens can be custom made by the parlors .Some members here collect the different looks of tokens and display them.I myself just play them as long as they work in the machines, that's good enough for me.

I would recommend starting a thread in the member's trade section. You will have a better chance of someone seeing this there.
