Looks like alladins lamp under the reels to the left. Can just make out the word magic on the top of the cel.
Any idea of manafacture?

I was wondering if it was a version of Magic(al) lamp or carpet or something Aladdin themed
I've been looking, but so far can't seem to see anything that looks the same as that cell
