may be worth close to a hundred with the tokens if its an easy fix

I was thinking no more than $100 myself. Not sure it is a machine that really appeals to me.

Since it is close, you could go play it for a little while and see if it appeals to you.

Tough to play it with the reels not spinning. If I went there and was able to fix the reels it might be difficult to negotiate the price.
