i doubt it has a transformer.. about the only way to get just a joker open would be without power..

when power is applyed the joker will shut all tulips.. even the joker tulips.. so no practical way of having only the joker open.. unless opened manualy or a ball droped in without power applyed..Good point didn't notice that. Might have been someone just dropping a ball in the pocket.
well i take that back.. if all tulips were opened and then a ball was shot into each red tulip that would close it and open all below.. then the next one down would have to be shot into and close it and so on down the play field.. but that would have to be done without shooting into the joker.. and anyone who has played a power flash knows its damn had to avoid the jokers when there open..
so ill say theres a chanch it has power.. but ill bet it does not...

also it is blocked when closed.. it is impossable to shoot a ball into a closed joker
