I wouldn't disconnect the speakers either , turn the volume to lowest setting and try muffleing the sound down with cottonballs or something like that until you get volume controls .Disconnecting speaker wires can cause the amp to have a popping noise when you hook the wires back up. An amp puts out an amount of watts it's designed to,if the speakers are disconnected the circuit is not completed and sometimes damage the capacitors because they over charge and get hot causing the popping sound.PACHIWALL has a good point ,just my opinion.

I set the sound to the lowest setting which is actually just about the right sound level for me. I still have the pieces of paper, so I will take pics and add then to the thread.

1000 Pachinko balls arrived. I didnt actually count them. The game is playing great. Does anyone know what the back error code display is supposed to read on one of these frames when its working right?

The Error 1 went away, figure that was fixed by the track and hopper and eveyrthing being full of balls. It now reads 0. I read somewhere a lot of games are error free when it reads dash. If my machine reading 0 is still an error then I'd obviously like to fix it.

Also, using the pictures provided on the first page of this post. Can anyone help me locate the "reset" button?

I have been unable to locate anything that might possibly be such a thing.

The reset is normally near the on/off rocker switch. But can't see it in any pics. I never heard of 0 being an error code. Unless you find a fault I wouldn't worry about it.

Update. Ok so far this machine cost me $183 + $30 for new glass. Now I have ordered the UY2 PS50 cel. $46 for buying and internal shipping Japan, $88 for surface delivery, which takes a couple months. junyasan has the cel ready to go to me.

Total $347 and a bunch of work, and a bunch of playing CR解体屋ゲン, to finally get a UY2.

Whew. Not done yet though.

Clam, I think you have a frequent buyer discount from junyasan, because even after I paid 500 en for the cell, the total still comes to $136, $36 over what you thought it would be when the cel was 1000 en.

Congratulations of finding your cell. I would be curious to know how what I paid for an item through Juno compares to what others paid. I think Juno is great and will certainly use him again if something comes up on YJA that I am after.
