    Default Help with Lever Issue

Hello All, new to the forums and to attempting to fix this machine. Naturally I've come to a roadblock and need help from those more knowledgeable than myself. I got this pachinko and while i thought all it was missing was a spring to shoot the lever, theres something else not connected or functioning properly, attached a photo. Any help is greatly appreciated, also if anyone has info on this particular machine that too would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance

Can't tell from the pic...looks to be correct. What is it doing wrong?

All looks to be correct. There is only one thing that I see that might be an issue.

    Untitled3.jpg

The little roller that the blue arrow is pointing to should be on the side that the red arrow is on. Right now it isn't engaging the ball feed. but once you fix that, the little roller will slide down the plastic arm which then loads a ball into the shooter. Easy fix.

Any questions feel free to ask. And once again welcome to PT.

Hard to tell what your machine is from the picture. I think it is a Mizuho I want to say but I'm not sure. Post a close up of the tray area and one of the center feature and one good one of the orange sticker in the lower right corner of the playfield. That will help out a ton.

    Welcome to Pachitalk

you might have to bend the wire a bit... when everything is at rest the wire should be bearly touching or just a bit away.. make small adjustments and make sure you dont force any of the plastic pieces.. dont wana break them

    shooter back.jpgshooter back (1).jpgshooter back (3).jpg

the action should look something like this.. first and second at rest.. 3rd us full pull.. your machine is a bit differetn but ya should get the idea

some more pictures with the lever pulled down and released, the plastic arm isnt connected to anything and I cant see where it would, so when the lever is pulled and released, the plastic piece that loads the balls just dangles unless i move it back into what i think is position and for the life of me I cant see how it would connect to anything. pachinko 002.jpgpachinko 003.jpgpachinko 004.jpgpachinko 001.jpg

Based on the pictures it looks like a sankyo with the green back mechanics. I want to say maybe about a 75 build year. (Might be a tad latter though)

Thanks a ton guys, bent the wire and its shooting, loading reliably now.

More pics of the front in hopes of someone identifying. Thanks again, small thing to fix but what a relief to have it working .pachinko 006.jpgpachinko 007.jpgpachinko 008.jpg

Well build year on your machine looks to be 77. I'm not sure on the brand. I have seen one other like it and I forget what brand it was. I want to say the brand is Daiichi. However, there are somethings on there that make me think it is a different brand. Sorry to ask but can you post a whole shot of the back. It might help in figuring this out.

As for the theme I am clueless. Just call it whatever you like. There weren't may real names. They kinda sometimes just doodled things.

Daiichi did use the 'IDOL' wording on some of their Early Moderns, so perhaps they did use it on older ones too??
