    I'm presuming it's Pachinko related, perhaps someone can help translate maybe??

    It does say pachinko in hiragana down the side in the pic on the left. Usually pachinko is spelled in katakana that I have seen.

    And tea cups do not usually have handles so that is nothing of a suprise.
