Translation help!!!

Sooooooo, I just picked up a pachinko game for the game boy color called"Pachinko CR Mouretsu Genjin T". Here's the problem. I can't play it because it's all in Japanese! Is anyone familiar with the game or know where I can get a translation?

Any screen shots would be helpful. It can't be too bad to work put. Doesn't the game boy only have 6 buttons including the direction pad.
