    Default Arrangeball Placards

    P7196007.jpgP5216520.jpgP5216523.jpgP5216524.jpgP5216525.jpgP5216535.jpgP5216543.jpgP5216544.jpgP5216545.jpg

I have been collecting arrangeballs for quite some time. One of the things I have found is that most are missing the placard as seen in picture two. The first picture is of a Jan Ball machine I bought from Big Dog. As you will note it did have the placard. Picture one is with and picture three is what the machine would look like without. I had a Dragon Jan ball with no placard as you can see in picture four. I took the placard out of number one and put it in the dragon. Worked ok but i did not like the color coordination. So I did a little remodeling. In the last three pictures and you can see it did come out alot different. I decided for the Dragon to go with the darker numbers and the black after remodeling the one from picture one.

It should be noted that these placards come in all different sizes. Some have 19, some have 18 and some have 16 pockets.

If I can be of help to anyone with making one for their arrangeball please let me know.

Just a last comment I know that the last Dragon picture does not light up the left side playfield lights. That is something I am working on. FYI

And I had to add a picture for Scott's enjoyment. Another from the dark side.

Anyone got a good shot of the instruction card so I can get one reproduced for a numbered satomi miracle?

There are a couple of different styles for Satomis. Which one are you looking for?

I purchased this guy from Ebay and yes I know it was over priced.. but I wanted to get my feet wet into arrangeball pachi (Ok, excuses, excuses... lolz but I'm not married so I don't have to worry about the wife getting mad )
arapachi.jpg so perhaps this would help narrow it down to help in identification and hopefully convince one of you more seasoned arrangeball owners to get a High resolution shot of one they have to help me get the correct instruction card reproduced... (ok.. Rambling) anyways,

    Thank ya folks!!!

Ahh I see. For some reason I was thinking the number cover between the two panes. At one time LT had several of those machines and he still may and will be your best bet to get a good pic. Mopar may also have that one as well.
Congrats on the purchase and ask any Q's.

    Thank you Mopar!

I'll email these to my Graphic artist (with dimensions) once the unit arrives at my house!!! also I have started checking for elements to use on the replacement cell.. this time around, I'm going to replicate the original methodology the cell was created and installed.. (lots of trial and error to go through to get it right on scrap wood first.. lolz)

Are you changing the theme and by methodology do you mean using paper as opposed to vinyl?

Emmadog, Yes I'm changing the theme here's the Idea I have for it now. Screen Shot 2014-06-13 at 1.11.24 PM.jpg
I intend to keep it tasteful and simplistic, since the unit has cracks in the current cell as well as water damage.

    Also,
yes i'm going to aim for using paper / vinyl clear sheet for the replacement... I'm going to experiment on scrap wood prior to doing the actual work on the machine just to get the method down as possible.

i like it. i normally am opposed to changing the theme although i have considered it before. in this case, i agree especially since it's in need of replacement. the current design is not one of Satomi's best.
next one i do, i'm going the paper route as well. more authentic and i think it will be a better result.
