What frame is this?

I'm looking at getting a Hissatsu 4 pachinko...but its cell only. Its by Kyoraku, and the frame has flames along the side, with a button marked '!!' on it that can raise up to be pushed down or tapped. I'm including the picture. If I can identify it, where would I go about trying to get one?
