i keep getting this when i run malwarebytes, its supposed to delete the 3 file, but doesn't

any ideas??

also windows essntial seemed to disappear and i had to downlad it again

make sure your malware software is updated and current. If it is and it wont remove these files, then you may need to navigate to the folder(s) and remove them manually.

Is Cybergate something you installed? If not, I would delete the entire folder.

Just for the future. You can take a screen shot of your computer without a camera. Just push the key in the very upper right on you keyboard. It has Prt Scr on it. Just push that key on the page you want to copy then paste it like a picture wherever you want.


At times your pictures of your screen can become hard to read. So I'd just thought I'd let you know.

well i ran rkill and spybot s&d they found some bad files, i also went in uninstall and dumped at least a dozen programs i didn't even know i had and ran all spyware again.

i never loaded cybergate and its not in any of my programs, the computer can't find the files to delete.

the only good thing is it speeded up my computer dumping all that junk
