Just kills me that so many of their machines they have up, they swore they didn't have when I tried dealing with them before. I shot them a message trying to get a deal on a machine or two but no response.

Ever since the original owner passed away, they have been very up in the air about how the business would be handled and difficult to communicate with. If I am going to pay retail for something I expect a certain level of customer service and professionalism. Just my opinion.

They are nothing like curt used to be .He was always helpful and polite with his tech service and dealings.He could be reached even after hours if I had a problem with a machine.Now they can't be reached at all.I hope his son gets a buisness mind in line or forget it.

I agree. If he gets things running again with real customer service, I would certainly reconsider doing business with them. Personally, I would rather deal with a member on a machine.

You can use the "way back machine" to see old cached versions of the site to get an idea on what they may have, but don't be surprised when the prices were less and offered much more.

Well the family just want to get the remaining inventory moved so they hired vegasflowers to move the machine in a "As-Is" sale so No Support what so ever . Free Shipping is limited to this run of machines posted for auction . If you want the machine and you can afford it go for it . or hope that The Japanese Yahoo auctions has it and you can get it shipped ok . Custompachinko is the only U. S. of A. Importer of the machines right now .

They will be selling machines and doing special orders.
So that's 2 companies importing.

They really didn't hire anyone, by the message I got back, it's just another family member doing the ebay sales. As it's been said numerous times before, most of us see this as a hobby of opportunity. Asking 300-400 for almost every single machine, no matter their age, wear, or theme, with no warranty and no guarantee, isn't really helping them. The fluctuating prices, difficulty to get ahold of them, and lack of accepting any sort of offers at all (atleast, by what it seems) also is turning people off.

It sounds like they just want to wait it out until people buy everything at their prices...and sadly, their machines aren't getting any newer. I like a few of the machines and would consider getting them but there's quite a bit to gamble on with getting them and that doesn't really put me at ease.

I bought a The Ring machine from there eBay site and had no issues at all. It arrived extremely well packaged.
Also had good communication with Vegasflowers who is handling the eBay sales for Curt's son.

Aren't Comatsu based in Japan? Thus the assertion that Custom are the only USA-based importer.
