    Default Ball Feeders and collectors.

I've had a request for more info on the parts I brought for my cabinets from these guys .

As fitting them is sort of trail and error, This is where I am currently at.
The feeders are mounted 120mm back from the front of the machine. The top of the ball channel is level with the wooden frame. Although this can be adjusted up and down using the different mounting holes. The leads are, one for the ball counter, A closed signal after every 10 balls, The other is a switch to detect if the valve is open or close.

The collectors are slightly more difficult when mounting on a solid shelf. These can be adjusted up and down, But in the maximum of both the outlet after the counter is below the foot it sits on. The counter is the same as the feed counter.

With the tray at its highest, The outlet is 15mm below the foot level.
With the tray at its lowest, The outlet is 30mm below the foot level.

You can take the counter and clear plastic bracket off as it just unclips.. Then the outlet directly out of the tray is

With the tray at its highest, The outlet is 43mm above the foot level.
With the tray at its lowest, The outlet is 25mm above the foot level.

Height from the front edge to foot level is between 95 - 112mm.

In mine, I cut a hole through the board to enable me to move the collector in all 3 axis, if required for different machines. The foot is screwed down in the middle, just touching the bottom wooden frame of the pachi.

Its still work in progress, I need some flexible tubes to connect to and a way to get the balls back from the bottom to the top and refeed the machines without jamming, Maybe some kind of ball lifter is needed
