How to reset the matrix pachinko?

Hi all I noticed two buttons on the back on my pachinko. One black one that ejects all of the payout balls. And one small red one on a board which makes a japanese girl say something. I tried both of these held down with the machine off and the machine does not reset?

Any suggestions?

I would power off the machine...hold down the red button...power on the machine...keep holding the red button for about 20 seconds. I haven't had to reset mine yet, but that should work.
