Seems way overpriced for that size collection @$125 apiece.

yeah, could be but if they're all pristine and working as he claims then it makes it a little better. i'd gladly pay 125 for all the arrangeballs he has if any, as many others would or a cool machine made in the 50's or a nice hanemono.
there's no way i'm the only one who saw this ad and the fact that it wasn't posted here right away means that someone may be working a deal already. hopefully we can at least see some pics of the collection.

I spoke wih him at length today. No arrange ball machines. . He is going to take pictures of all the machines the week and call me when complete. I told him about pachitalk and the level of interest these machines would generate, so he got really excited.

I plan to follow up with him tomorrow. I'll keep you all posted.

    Hmm. I feel a song...

A pachinko buying I shall go.
A pachinko buying I shall go.
    Hi-ho the dairy-o a pachinko buying I shall go.

That seems like it may be interesting. And it is fairly close too. At the moment his pricing seems a tad high but if he is willing to drop to $1000 I may go after them.

is it me or is the machine in the first pic missing a frame...

    seems way way over priced..

he will do way better to seperate them and seel them one at a time.. even then i doubt he would make 2000.. unless he has something truly amazing

    just my 2 cents

I think he's gonna have to sell individually. Pretty sure no ones gonna fork over his asking price but I doubt he'll drop to a thousand. These were his grandfathers so there's an emotional aspect too.

Well I got pictures of the machines. The pictures are not fantastic and their were no pictures of the backs. IMO the total value of all of the machines would be high at $1400 their is really nothing collectable and the single shots machines had some damage to the fronts. Most all have alot of water damage. I would post the pictures but they are not great. I am sure he will be sending or making an album for anybody that is interested. I was going by LA next week and their is nothing their worth me driving out of my way for me. I hope someone else finds some treasure their but their is none for me.

The pictures I have at not great and I am sure he would now send the pictures that he has taken to anybody that asks. He sent me forty pictures in two emails. He has no knowledge of pachinkos and that will be obivious when you see the pictures. If you cannot get them PM your email to me and I will try and send them to you later. Right now going golfing. Still to high. I might be a buyer at about a third of the price.

I see where he explicitly states no coin ops. I'm sure he received a few queries as to that. He came down in price but according to others, the machines aren't in that great of shape. He'll come down more I figure.
