error during jackpot mode

I have been playing my pachinko machine and when I get a jackpot and really start winning balls I get some sort of error near the end. The video screen shows a baseball player with a big lump on his head, looks like he got hit with a baseball, and some Japanese words across the picture. It also make an alarm sound. Is there a reset button on these somewhere? I end up turning off the machine. Does anyone have any idea what could be causeing the alarm condition? Thanks.

usually you aren't getting enough balls in the trap door during each round.

Are you keeping the top Tray full ?

It's not easy to do during the jackpot period, but was able to keep up with it the second time because that is what I thought at first.

Well my wife got through a jackpot mode with no errors. I kept filling the top while she kept shooting. I think you were right luckydog, I don't think I was getting enough balls in the trap door, I kept filling up the upper ball tray worried I would run out of balls. Boy this thing payed out like crazy!! I bet I filled the upper tray 3-4 times! How do you keep up with thes things when there is no one else around to help? It was crazy fun!!

i always work up a sweat when i hit a jackpot,

and i have close to 1,600 balls a machine.

you get a slight break between rounds to dump balls.

a third hand would come in handy!!!!!!!
