New Indiana Jones - not paying out???

Hi there. Got my first Pachinko machine yesterday (Sankyo Indiana Jones) but am a bit confused. Is there anybody knowledgable who can tell me if the machine has a fault or am I just not doing something right.

So I get 3 to match and the game goes into an animated sequence (fever mode?) and my understanding is that I am supposed to get up to 10 balls into the lower hole (the one that normally just drops the balls into the spent balls tray) to trigger a payout of more balls. However no matter how many balls I get into this hole nothing happens. Is it supposed to trigger a payout and if so would this be into the upper or lower tray?

Any advice?

Are you getting any payouts?? You should be getting payouts every time you get a ball in the start pocket to spin the numbers..not just during fevers..

Is the hopper up top on the back full and are the balls in the back making it down to the payout motor??

When you do get payouts they will go to the top tray and if that fills up they will go to the lower tray..

Hi. Thanks for the reply. Am getting a payout of 3 balls every time a ball goes into the start pocket but then during the fever rounds don't seem to get any payouts. during the fevers should it pay out when it goes in the start pocket or the larger hole at the bottom because no matter what happens during these rounds it only seems to dispense 3 balls which is normal for hitting the start pocket.
Am starting to think there may be a sensor for the bottom hole which is not registering that a ball has gone in. hmmm

a-ha have just worked out what i was doing wrong! Gr8 machine is working fine - it was my noobie knowledge of pachinko that was faulty haha
